Schoepfle is starting to see a number of spring blooms. In addition to the snowdrops, pink dawn viburnum, Lenten rose and forsythia, we are seeing squill, daffodils, glory of the snow, cornelian cherry dogwood, grape hyacinth, hyacinth and daffodils blooming. A couple of the magnolias are starting to shoe some color as well. We do see damage from our warm February that revved up the garden only to be slowed by the return of normal to below normal temperatures in March with browned flower petals and leaves, but overall we hope to have a near normal spring and see our trees and plants produce some great color again this year.
