Raptor Appreciation Day THIS Saturday 26th!

Few predators capture our imagination like raptors. This class of birds includes the fastest animal in the world, our national bird, and many other favorites like the snowy owl. With all of their amazingly cool adaptations, it’s no wonder that eagles, hawks, owls, and falcons soar through the skies and into our hearts. To learn more about raptors and to meet some up-close, fly by the Carlisle Visitor Center this coming Saturday 26th for our annual ‘Raptor Appreciation Day’!  As a kick-off to Saturday’s event, join us this Thursday evening from 7:00-8:30pm for our Owl Prowl hike.  We’ll be meeting in the Raptor Center Courtyard
