Spring Blooms at Schoepfle

With the last snowfall of the year(hopefully) we can now look forward to the blooms around the garden.  Currently blooming are striped squill, Siberian squill, Lenten rose, hyacinth, grape hyacinth, crocus, snowdrops and daffodils.  With warming temps, I hope some of the magnolias and forsythia will have some nice color for the egg hunt on Saturday at 10am.  With the harsh winter many buds may have been damaged so we won’t know until after the blooming starts on how our flowering trees will respond but we will hope for the best.  Photo is Siberian squill.
