Hit the trails for a series of fitness challenges that are fun for the whole family! From 6-7 pm, we’ll assess our abilities, set simple goals, and complete fun challenges along the trails of the French Creek Reservation (4530 Colorado Ave, Sheffield Village). Starting slow, we’ll stretch out before amping it up to lift our heart rates. Then we’ll put our muscles to work and take on simple agility tasks, making the most of Mother Nature’s workout equipment along the way!
The Nature Fit series is geared to all ages, combining year-round park recreation with simple fitness activities. Participants are encouraged to wear recreation and weather-appropriate clothing and shoes. For details, contact Aimee at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (440) 949-5200 x225.

Partnering agencies include LCMP, LCCC, Mercy Health & Recreation Center, EMH Center for Health & Fitness, the YMCA, and the Lorain County General Health District. “Let’s Get Moving Together, Lorain County!”
