Virtual Field Trip for Black History Month Thursday 10:30 am

On Thursday February 7th at 10:30 am the Lorain County Metro Parks will join in a free distance learning program, Lessons From The Past: Overcoming Challenges of Racial Barriers” with the Cleveland Browns,” at the Carlisle Visitor Center.  The Cleveland Browns will be hosting this program in recognition of Black History Month.  The panel will include Cleveland Browns alumni: John Wooten, Bobby Mitchell, Paul Wiggin and Greg Pruitt. The event will include individual introductions and reflections along with a question-and-answer portion.  The program at Carlisle will be view only but questions may be submitted by e-mail during the program.  The program is geared for middle school and high school aged students but the general public is invited to attend.
