Take part in a piece of history at the Tailgate Party at Miller Nature Preserve on November 4th, from 12:30-4:30pm. Pictured below is one of two sections of stadium seating from the Cleveland Municipal Stadium, home of the Cleveland Browns from 1946 to 1995. The stadium was then demolished in 1996 to make way for the new stadium.
The tailgate party will feature food, as well a cash bar provided by DeLuca’s Place in the Park. We will televise the game between the Browns and the Ravens and be playing cornhole on the patio. The key feature for the day will be the auction of Browns memorabilia and items currently in our “Backyard of a Browns’ Fan” display within the conservatory, such as adirondack chairs, hypertufa pots, perennial plants, and a set of cornhole boards.
Admission to the event if $5 for members of Miller Nature Preserve and $10 for non-members. Bring your family and tell your friends because time is running out! Please click here to register by November 1st!
